Your professional accountant, on WhatsApp
A professional accounting system you run, easily, through WhatsApp — in every sense of the word: write it, photograph it or say it, and we do the rest. It reads your document, prepares the entry and you confirm it with a word; then your invoice comes back as a PDF on your own letterhead, your customers' statements with it, and the answer to “what is our profit?” from your own ledger — all in that same conversation.
What the Tadween number does
Five things — quoted from the agent's own replies, not from a brochure.
📸
Photograph it
Photograph the invoice or receipt as it lies on the desk and send it. Tadween reads the document and pulls out the party, the date, the currency, the tax, the total, its line items and its category, then reads them back to you for confirmation. PDF files are read exactly like photos.
✍️
Type it in a sentence
Not every transaction has a slip. Type what happened in the language you actually speak — “I sold twelve hundred cash today” — and the sentence becomes an accounting entry waiting for your confirmation.
🎤
Or say it out loud
Send a voice note from the car or from behind the counter. Tadween listens and reads back what it heard — “🎤 I heard: …” — before acting, so no entry is built on a misheard word.
📊
And ask about your numbers
Ask about this month's profit or a customer's statement, and the answer comes from your own books, not from the internet. Every plan has its ceiling: 30 questions a month on Basic, 200 on Premium, unlimited on Professional.
🧾
And raise an invoice from the chat
Dictate the invoice with its free-text lines the way you would tell an employee, then type “رابط” and the PDF arrives inside the chat with its link beside it — both ready to forward to your customer on WhatsApp, to open and to print.
How to start
You always open the conversation. We message no number that has neither written to us nor registered with us.
You message us first
Open the conversation from the button on this page, or save the number and send “ابدأ”. That message of yours is your permission for us to reply.
Your account opens in that same chat
Two questions and no more: what is your business called, and what does it do — trade, services or a home business? Then your account opens with a free 14-day trial: no sign-up, no password, no card.
Record your first transaction at once
Photograph an invoice, say what happened in your own voice, or type it in a sentence. It reads back what it understood, you type «أكّد», and the entry is posted and sealed.
And your dashboard whenever you want it
Type «لوحة» and a link arrives that opens your dashboard already signed in — ten minutes, once. Or sign in from the browser with your number and a code that reaches you on WhatsApp.
The conversation as it runs — in the agent's own words:
When does opening an account work on your own number?
The path is built and measured: 7.2 seconds from the first message to a sealed entry in our own run. It goes live on the agent number when the release is deployed — not before. Until that day the button on this page opens the sales number, and a person from our team in Doha answers you.
No sign-up. No download. No card. Tap WhatsApp and say: ابدأ
And the web door works the same way, and opens with the same release: type your Qatari mobile number on the sign-in page and a code reaches you on WhatsApp through a Meta-approved authentication template — with no password to remember.
And someone who already has an account links their number from inside Tadween, and gets:
And this is where you link your number, inside Tadween:

The words the number answers itself
These are acts on the channel, not questions about your books, so the number answers them itself — on an exact match of the word. Everything else goes to the Tadween accountant untouched, so a sentence that merely mentions one of them does nothing silently.
| You type | It does |
|---|---|
| «أكّد» · «ألغِ» | Approves the entry it prepared — posted and sealed — or cancels it so nothing is posted. 👍 and ❌ count the same. |
| «رابط» | Re-sends the last paper the conversation produced: the PDF and its link together. |
| «كشف <الاسم>» | A customer's or supplier's statement from the ledger, as a file and a link. An ambiguous name is asked about, never guessed. |
| «تقرير» | The last closed month's profit statement, as a file and a link. |
| «شعاري» | Takes your logo image and your contact line and saves them as the letterhead printed on every invoice, voucher and statement afterwards. |
| «لوحة» | A link that opens your dashboard already signed in — ten minutes, once, bound to your number and your account. |
| «اشتراكي» · «ادفع» · «استهلاكي» · «رقّني» · «إيصالاتي» | Your subscription: the plan, status, days left and price · your payment link · what you have used · the plans and their prices · the last payment we recorded. |
| «حصتي» | This month's allowance: documents, quick invoices and questions about your numbers. |
| «إيقاف» · «تشغيل» | Stops every message we start, and brings them back. The agent still answers everything you send. |
| «إيقاف الخلاصة» · «شغّل الخلاصة» | The daily digest alone; the reminders and alerts keep coming. |
| «مساعدة» | A person from our team in Doha, who receives your request with the context of your conversation and replies within one business day. |
And limits it keeps, deliberately
Because an accountant who accepts everything he is told is not an accountant:
Qatari numbers only, for now
Accounts open today for Qatari numbers (+974) alone; anything else receives one polite sentence and our team's number, with no account created and no model call spent. We open the other countries one after another.
And what is not reasonable is not done
An amount far outside your ledger's normal
A bulk request in a single message
A request outside accounting
And a person, at any moment
The agent is a machine, and we say so plainly: it reads, prepares and answers, and it approves no entry by itself. Type «مساعدة» at any moment and a member of our team in Doha takes it over, with your request and the context of your conversation in hand. No menu tree to trap you, no waiting on a machine that does not understand you.
And no dead ends
Every request ends in one of four ways: it is done after your confirmation · or a link arrives that opens the screen and the record where it is finished · or a person takes it over · or it says plainly that it cannot, and offers the nearest thing it can. A bare “I can't” is logged with us as a defect and reviewed weekly until it becomes a tool or a link.
Two numbers, each with its own job
Do not mix them up: the first answers your questions before you subscribe; the second keeps your books.
The sales number — your way in
+974 3167 3300
For every question before subscribing: the plans, what suits your business, booking a live demo. A person answers it — a member of our team in Doha — from 09:00 to 21:00 Doha time, not a machine. Every WhatsApp button on this site opens this number today.

+974 3310 4497
This is the number that reads your invoices, prepares your entries, issues your documents, answers questions about your figures and tracks your subscription. It is an official WhatsApp Business number registered under the name “تدوين قطر”, and it opens to customers when the release is deployed — save it then, and start today from the sales number, which is the one that answers you now.
The display name approved on WhatsApp
Tadween Qatar
If a conversation claiming to be Tadween shows any other name, it is not us. And we never ask for your password or your WhatsApp verification code in any message.
The kinds of message you receive
There are two, and the difference between them matters:
1. Replies to your own messages
Whenever you send something the agent answers inside that same conversation: it reads the document, reads back what it understood, and waits for your confirmation. These are not messages we start.
2. Recurring messages, if you choose them
These are what make Tadween speak first, so you do not have to remember. They are switched on only with your consent at sign-up, and you stop them whenever you like:
They come from the same number, on Doha time, and never exceed what you signed up for. We send no third-party advertising on this channel at all.
How to stop the messages
One word in the conversation itself — all of them, or the digest alone:
To stop every message we start
Send “إيقاف” (or “stop”) and every message Tadween begins stops at once: the daily and weekly digest, the reminder about entries waiting for your confirmation, the receivable and liquidity alerts, and the month-close nudge. “وقف”, “أوقف الرسائل”, “stop all” and “unsubscribe” are accepted too. Your account and your books stay exactly as they are, and the agent still answers anything you send — stopping means we stop starting, not that we stop replying.
To bring them back: send “تشغيل” (or “start”).
And to stop the digest alone
If the daily digest is the only thing you do not want, send “إيقاف الخلاصة” and only it stops — the reminders and the alerts keep reaching you:
To bring it back: send “شغّل الخلاصة”.
And one exception, said plainly: notices about your own subscription — a trial or a subscription about to end, a payment we received, an overdue reminder before the account is blocked — still reach you after «إيقاف», because telling you the service is about to stop is not marketing. Everything else stops.
And if you would rather ask in your own words than by a keyword, or block the number in WhatsApp itself, we honour that exactly as we honour the word: we stop the messages and unlink your number from the account by hand within one business day.
And if you want all your data deleted rather than the messages stopped — the deletion steps are hereThis is what the conversation looks like

And what is coming but has not arrived
Editing a document you have already confirmed, or reversing and cancelling it, from the conversation itself. A confirmed document is sealed — so “editing” it means, in accounting terms, a reversing entry and a re-issue, never a change to a sealed paper — and that is what is being built now. Until it lands, the agent hands you a link that opens the screen where you edit it, already signed in; it never leaves you with no road.
Your privacy on this channel
We process your mobile number, the text of your messages and the images and voice notes you send for one purpose: doing what you asked and recording it in your books. Documents and voice notes are read by AI models from Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude) for processing only, and your data is not used to train public models. We keep no PDF copy of your documents on our servers: it is rendered when you ask for it and sent to you. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
