Your data is yours
Your books, documents and reports belong to your business; we are custodians, not owners. Ask for them at any time and they are exported to you in full.
Who has access
The accountant assigned to your file, and technical support when you ask for help. Your file is never opened for a commercial purpose or shown to another client.
Never used to train public models
Your documents are read to serve you. We do not share their content to train public AI models and we do not sell them to anyone.
An archive that lasts as long as you stay
Every document archived, indexed and tied to its entry throughout your subscription — Qatari commercial law requires a business to keep its books for ten years, and our archive is built to serve that obligation.
What happens if you cancel
A full export: books, reports and document archive. No data held hostage, no cancellation penalty, and no charge for the export.
What we do not claim
We hold no ISO or SOC certification and we do not pretend otherwise. We state only what we have: access control, separation of each business's data, and a full export on request.
