AI in Tadween

The machine reads; the accountant decides

What it extracts from your invoice, what exactly it does, and where it stops.

AI in Tadween

The machine reads; the accountant decides

The dull part of accounting is moving what is on the paper into the system. That is the part we hand to AI: it reads the photograph of the invoice, extracts its fields and prepares the entry ready for your confirmation and the accountant's review — so their work becomes review, not data entry.

It reads Arabic natively

Qatari invoices are Arabic or bilingual, and generic models stumble on them. Ours works in Arabic rather than translating into it.

A phone photo is enough

No scanner and no clean PDF required — photograph the paper as it lies on the desk and upload it.

Seconds instead of minutes

A twenty-line invoice that took minutes to key in now arrives read, with its fields filled, before you close the app.

And it approves nothing itself

The extraction is a proposal shown to you and then to the accountant, not an entry posted to the books. Whatever it is unsure of is flagged and returned to you for review.

Why we don't leave the decision to the machine

A wrong figure in a ledger is not caught when it is entered but at audit, months later. So nothing in Tadween posts until a qualified accountant approves it and puts their name on the entry. AI shortens the road to the decision; it does not make it.

What the agent does for you

Reads the document and prepares the entry

Photograph the invoice or the voucher; it extracts the fields and prepares the proposed journal entry — and you confirm it with one tap.

Understands the transaction in your own words

“Sold two thousand in cash today” or “paid 450 for generator rent” becomes a draft entry on the right accounts.

Answers questions about your numbers

Last month's profit, the comparison with the month before, who is furthest behind on payment — from your books, not from the internet (Premium plan and above).

Drafts a quick invoice

Ask for it in the chat and it reaches your customer on WhatsApp or as a PDF link.

Reminds you before you forget

Collection dates and supplier payments, ahead of their due date rather than after it.

Talk to your books

Ask in Arabic, get numbers back

You no longer wait for month end to know where you stand. Type the question the way you would ask an employee, and the answer comes from your own books.

What was our profit last month?
The profit figure, compared with the month before, and where the difference came from.
Send me the August sales report
A ready PDF report, right in the conversation.
Which customer is furthest behind on payment?
The name, the amount, and how many days late.

It understands spoken and formal Arabic, so you write the way you speak

It answers from your books, not from the internet

It drafts a quick invoice you send to your customer on WhatsApp or as a PDF link

And it reminds you of collections due and supplier payments before their date

An honest note: the agent reads and prepares; it approves nothing by itself. Every entry passes a responsible accountant before it reaches your books.

Our written limits

No entry reaches your books without human approval — the agent prepares, the accountant approves under their name.

We do not use your documents or your data to train public AI models.

The original extraction is stored beside the corrected one, so it stays possible to see what the machine read and what the human changed.

We publish no numeric accuracy figure until our Arabic/English accuracy harness reports one — a number without a source is a claim, not information.

The agent reads and explains; it does not alter an approved entry.

Where your data is kept and who sees it
