Your professional accountant,
on WhatsApp.
A professional accounting system you run, easily, through WhatsApp — in every sense of the word.
“Write it, photograph it, or say it on WhatsApp — we do the rest”: photograph the invoice, say what happened in a voice note, or type it in one sentence — “I sold twelve hundred cash today” — AI reads it, prepares the entry and reads it back, and one word, «أكّد», posts and seals it in your ledger. Then your invoice comes back as a PDF on your own letterhead inside that same chat, your customers’ statements with it, and the answer to “what is our profit?” from your own books in seconds — while a Tadween accountant reviews your books and closes your month. No in-house accountant, no software to learn.
From QAR 299 / month · accountant, system, reports and archiving included · no hidden setup fees.
Interest registration only until 15 September · no credit card · we contact you on launch day
This is what the system looks like
Three screens that sum the product up: send it on WhatsApp, know this month's profit, know who owes you and whom you owe.

Photograph it — it is already readAn illustration — the words are Tadween's own replies

Know where you stand today, not at month end

Who owes you, and whom you owe
What your accountant does for you every day, and every month
Not an assistant that answers questions, but your business's accountant: it records, issues, sends, reminds and closes the month. Every line below comes with the word you type and the reply you get — in the number's own words, not our paraphrase of them. And what opens from WhatsApp — the account, «لوحة», «اشتراكي» — works on your own number when the release is deployed, as the “how it starts” section below says.
Every day
🧾
It records what happened — typed, photographed or spoken
A photo of the invoice, a sentence in your own words, or a voice note. It reads it, prepares the entry and reads back what it understood — and nothing is posted until you type «أكّد».
⚠️
And it marks what it doubts, before you confirm
Arithmetic rules on the server, not a model's opinion: a total that does not match the line items · a date outside the reasonable range · a missing party · a currency that is not QAR · low confidence. Anything that trips one of them comes back with a “⚠ review” mark beside that exact field, in the chat and on the screen.
📄
It issues your invoice and voucher as a PDF inside the chat
The file itself arrives on WhatsApp with its link beside it — on your own letterhead: your logo and your contact line, sent once with the word «شعاري» and printed on every paper afterwards. And we keep no PDF on our servers: it is rendered on request and sent to you.
🗂️
It sends any customer's or supplier's statement
Type «كشف» and the party's name, and its statement comes back from the ledger as a PDF with a link: every charge and settlement in date order, with a running balance. If your books hold more than one party with that name, it asks which one you mean.
📊
It answers about your profit and balances, from your own books
Ask him the way you would ask an employee, and the number comes from your ledger, not from the internet. The question is in every plan, with its ceiling: 30 a month on Basic, 200 on Premium, unlimited on Professional.
🔑
And it opens your dashboard in one tap, with no password
Type «لوحة» and a link arrives that opens your dashboard already signed in — valid for ten minutes, once, bound to your number and your account. And when it cannot finish a request from the chat, it hands you that same link to the exact screen that finishes it — never to a home page.
Every month — and on every request
📈
It closes your month with a profit statement a Tadween accountant reviews
Type «تقرير» and the last closed month's profit statement arrives as a PDF. The human review runs at your plan's cadence: quarterly on Basic, monthly on Premium, monthly plus a thirty-minute call on Professional.
💳
It tracks your subscription, your payment and its term — from the same chat
«اشتراكي» shows the plan, the status, the days left, the renewal date and the price · «ادفع» returns your account's own payment link · «استهلاكي» what you have used this month · «رقّني» the plans and their prices · «إيصالاتي» the last payment we recorded. Every figure in those replies is read from the billing record, never from a model.
🔔
And it reminds you about receivables before they pile up
A daily and weekly digest of your business's movement, a reminder of entries awaiting your confirmation, an alert for what customers owe you and for what has passed sixty days uncollected, and a nudge before the month-end close. Built and tested, switched on by your choice at sign-up, stopped with the word «إيقاف» — and opening to subscribers with phase C.
🙋
And when it cannot, it never leaves you at a dead end
Every request ends in one of four ways: it is done after your confirmation · or you get the link that opens the screen and the record where it is finished · or a person from our team in Doha takes it over with the context of your conversation · or it says plainly that it cannot, and offers the nearest thing it can. A bare “I can't” is logged with us as a defect and reviewed weekly.

Your invoice as a PDF — on your own letterheadAn illustration — the words are Tadween's own replies
And only what you type gets posted: «أكّد» is the approval, and it is what seals the entry in your ledger. A Tadween accountant reviews your books and closes your month at your plan's cadence — quarterly on Basic, monthly on Premium, monthly plus a call on Professional.
How it starts: three messages, and your account is open
No sign-up page, no password, nothing to download. You message the number, it asks for your business name and what it does, and it opens your account with a free 14-day trial — then you record your first transaction in that same conversation.
The conversation as it runs — in the agent's own words:
When does this work on your own number?
Opening the account from the conversation is built and measured: 7.2 seconds from the first message to a sealed entry in our own run. It goes live on the agent number when the release is deployed — not before. Until that day, the button on this page opens the sales number and a person from our team in Doha answers you.
No sign-up. No download. No card. Tap WhatsApp and say: ابدأ
The sales number +974 3167 3300 answers your questions today · the agent number +974 3310 4497 is your accountant once your account is open.
And the web door works the same way, and opens with the same release: type your Qatari mobile number on the sign-in page and a code reaches you on WhatsApp through a Meta-approved authentication template — with no password to remember.
Only Qatari numbers (+974) can open an account for now — anything else gets one polite sentence and our team's number, and we open the other countries one by one.

— You pass 800 documents a month or four branches — we prepare a bespoke quote, not a list plan
From a photo of an invoice to an approved entry
What exhausts a small business is not the accounting itself but the road to it: a bag of receipts, late manual entry, an accountant who visits once a month and asks about a slip lost in March. Tadween inverts the order: the document enters the system the moment it is issued, and the rest happens behind the scenes.
1. You type it, photograph it, or say it
An invoice, a receipt, a bank statement: photograph it from your phone browser, send it on WhatsApp, or upload it from your computer — one at a time or in bulk, as an image or a PDF. And if there is no paper at all, type the transaction in your own words — “paid QAR 450 cash today for generator rent” — or say it in a voice note, and Tadween reads back what it heard before acting on it.
2. It is read in seconds
AI reads the document in Arabic natively, not in translation, and extracts what the entry is built from: the party (supplier or customer), the date, the currency, the tax, the total, the line items with their descriptions, quantities and prices, the expense category, and its own confidence in the reading. The reading then passes arithmetic rules on the server — a total that does not match the line items, a date outside the reasonable range, a missing party, a currency that is not QAR, low confidence — and whatever they doubt comes back marked “⚠ review” beside that exact field, on the screen and in the chat, never passed silently.
3. It passes a human before it reaches the ledger
In the conversation: you look at what it read and type «أكّد», and the entry is posted and sealed — the agent books nothing by itself. On the screen: the document waits in “needs review” with its entry, its line items and its debit and credit accounts, where you or the Tadween accountant assigned to your file check it and press “post to the ledger”. Anything unclear comes back to you as a written review request, not as a phone call at month end.
4. Approved, archived, and answerable
Once approved, the entry settles in your books and the document is archived and indexed — retrieved by search, not by digging through drawers. From that moment it is a number you can ask about: “how much did we spend on fuel this quarter?”
And you see where every document stands, at any moment
Nothing enters your books without a human: AI prepares, you confirm with a word, and a Tadween accountant reviews your books and signs off your closing figures — monthly on Premium and Professional, quarterly on Basic. The numbers are computed in code, the decision stays with a person, and the speed comes from the machine.
The full road: who does what, and what happens when the machine gets it wrong →Ask in Arabic, get numbers back
You no longer wait for month end to know where you stand. Type the question the way you would ask an employee, and the answer comes from your own books.
— It understands spoken and formal Arabic, so you write the way you speak
— And it listens: send a voice note and it reads back what it heard — “🎤 I heard: …” — before acting
— It reads a photo of an invoice or a PDF and extracts its fields
— It answers from your books, not from the internet — and the profit question is in every plan, with its ceiling: 30 a month on Basic, 200 on Premium, unlimited on Professional
— And it raises an invoice or a voucher with free-text lines, then hands you its PDF on your own letterhead with its link beside it, to forward to your customer on WhatsApp
And Tadween speaks first
The hard part for a business owner is not the data entry but the remembering. So Tadween carries what opens the conversation with you instead of waiting for you to open it. We put it here under its own flag: built and tested, opening to subscribers with phase C — and not counted as available today.
— A daily and weekly digest of your business's movement as your ledger recorded it
— A reminder of entries waiting for your confirmation, before they pile up
— An alert for what customers owe you, and for what has passed sixty days uncollected
— And a warning before the month-end close
All of them by your choice at sign-up, and stopped with one word in the conversation.
An honest note: the agent reads and prepares; it approves nothing by itself — your own «أكّد» is what posts and seals it. And a Tadween accountant reviews your books and closes your month at your plan's cadence.

An illustration — the words are Tadween's own replies
The machine reads; the accountant decides
The dull part of accounting is moving what is on the paper into the system. That is the part we hand to AI: it reads the photograph of the invoice, extracts its fields and prepares the entry ready for your confirmation and the accountant's review — so their work becomes review, not data entry.
It reads Arabic natively
Qatari invoices are Arabic or bilingual, and generic models stumble on them. Ours works in Arabic rather than translating into it.
A phone photo is enough
No scanner and no clean PDF required — photograph the paper as it lies on the desk and upload it.
Seconds instead of minutes
A twenty-line invoice that took minutes to key in now arrives read, with its fields filled, before you close the app.
And it approves nothing itself
The extraction is a proposal shown to you, not an entry posted to the books: your own «أكّد» is what posts and seals it. And whatever our arithmetic rules doubt comes back marked “⚠ review” beside that exact field, before you confirm.
What it extracts from a document
Why we don't leave the decision to the machine
A wrong figure in a ledger is not caught when it is entered but at audit, months later. So nothing in Tadween posts on a machine's decision: the entry is shown to you first and you are the one who confirms it, and a Tadween accountant reviews your books and signs off your closing figures at your plan's cadence. AI shortens the road to the decision; it does not make it.
Our written limits on AI, in full →Deliverables you hold, not a feature list
At the end of every month these six arrive — in Arabic, ready to put in front of a bank, an auditor or a partner.
Closed, approved books
The month's entries complete as you confirmed them, and a close a Tadween accountant reviews and signs off.
Income statement and balance sheet in Arabic
Your profit, your costs and your position on one page you can read without a translator.
Customer and supplier statements
Who owes you and whom you owe, with balances and movements — and any one of them arrives as a PDF inside WhatsApp, on one word.
A filing-ready tax report
The numbers arranged the way the authority asks for them — the filing itself sits outside the subscription.
An indexed document archive
Every slip photographed and tied to its entry, retrieved by search, and every sealed document carrying a verification link anyone you choose can open.
Monthly analysis
Where cost rose and why, against last month (Professional plan: branch and cost-centre comparison).

Everything included, no surprises
One subscription holding the accountant, the system, the reports and the archive. What separates the plans is the AI degree first, then users and documents.

The questions every serious buyer asks
Is there a free trial, and how do I start?
The free 14-day trial starts on launch day, 15 September. Yes — fourteen days free, through either door: straight from WhatsApp — you message the number, it asks for your business name and what it does, and it opens your account in that same conversation (live with the chat stage) — or from your phone browser with a Qatari mobile number and the code we send you. No credit card, and nothing to download.
Is Tadween software I buy, or an accounting service?
Both. You get a system where you photograph documents and watch your financial position, and with it a qualified Tadween accountant who reviews your books, closes your month and signs off its figures — at your plan's cadence: quarterly on Basic, monthly on Premium, monthly plus a call on Professional. You are not buying software you then have to staff.
Who is responsible if an entry is wrong?
A person, not the machine. An entry is posted only by your own confirmation, or by the Tadween accountant assigned to your file posting it from the review screen — and the original AI extraction is kept beside the corrected version, so it is always possible to see what the machine read, who changed it and when. Our professional responsibility for the review and the close is written into the terms of use.
How long until I see my first report?
Opening your books takes days, depending on the state of your records. The first monthly close and report land within 30 days of you starting to upload documents.
