Terms of use
These terms govern your relationship with the Tadween Qatar service and its website. By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
A remote accounting service: receiving your documents, reading them automatically and preparing their entries, having them reviewed and approved by an accountant, producing monthly reports and archiving documents. It does not include point of sale, inventory or payroll, nor tax filing, representation before authorities, or certified external audit.
2. Subscription and payment
The subscription is monthly and paid in advance, with no setup fee. You may cancel at any time before the next monthly renewal, with no cancellation penalty. Any price change is notified in advance and does not take effect before your renewal date.
3. Your responsibilities
To be a legally registered business · to upload accurate, complete and timely documents · to review what is presented to you for confirmation · to keep your login details confidential · and to tell us about any material change in your activity that affects how entries are classified.
4. Our responsibility
We commit to booking your entries in line with accepted accounting standards and to approval by a responsible accountant. The accuracy of the output depends on the accuracy and completeness of the documents handed to us. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of data never handed to us, or handed to us incomplete.
5. Artificial intelligence
AI is used for reading, extraction, preparing entries and answering questions. No entry reaches your books without the approval of a responsible accountant — professional responsibility rests with them, not with the model. The detail is in the privacy policy.
6. Ownership and data
Your books and documents are yours, and are exported to you in full on request or at the end of the subscription. The platform itself, its software and its designs remain ours.
7. Termination
Either party may end the relationship with notice. On termination we hand you a complete copy of your books, reports and archive at no extra charge.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Doha have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
