Terms of use
These terms govern your relationship with the Tadween Qatar service, its website and its WhatsApp channel. By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service and its provider
Tadween Qatar is a product of U T S FOR TRADING AND SERVICES L.L.C. — CR 232959, Zone 45 (Old Airport), Airport Street 310, Building 212, Office 555, Doha, Qatar, P.O. Box 38571. The service is remote accounting: receiving your documents, reading them automatically and preparing their entries, having them reviewed and approved by an accountant, producing monthly reports and archiving documents. It does not include point of sale, inventory or payroll, nor tax filing, representation before authorities, or certified external audit.
2. Plans and the free trial
Three plans are published: Basic at QAR 299 a month, Premium at QAR 599 a month and Professional at QAR 999 a month. Anything beyond them — several companies, or a size outside the three — is by agreement after a call, with no published price. The relationship begins with a free 14-day trial opened with a Qatari mobile number and a verification code, with no credit card, and it simply ends if you do not subscribe — a trial never rolls into a paid subscription without your choice.
3. Subscription and payment
The subscription is monthly and paid in advance, with no setup fee and no opening-books fee. You may cancel at any time before the next monthly renewal, with no cancellation penalty. Any price change is notified in advance and does not take effect before your renewal date.
4. Usage limits in each plan
Each plan has a monthly document ceiling (100 · 300 · 800), an agent-question ceiling (30 · 200 · unlimited) and a number of users (1 · 3 · 6). When you reach a ceiling we tell you in the conversation and offer the upgrade — we do not cut your service off without notice and we charge no extra fee you have not agreed to.
5. The WhatsApp channel
You may use Tadween over WhatsApp: send a document photo, a voice note or a sentence, and the agent replies. WhatsApp's own terms apply to that channel alongside these terms. We send you no proactive messages without your consent; you stop all of them whenever you like by sending “stop” and bring them back with “start”, and you stop the digest alone with “stop digest”. To unlink your number from the account, ask in any wording and we do it by hand. The sales number +974 3167 3300 is for enquiries before subscribing. We do not guarantee the availability of WhatsApp itself, as it is a third-party service; the web portal remains available in every case.
6. Your responsibilities
To be a legally registered business · to upload accurate, complete and timely documents · to review what is presented to you for confirmation · to keep your login details confidential · and to tell us about any material change in your activity that affects how entries are classified.
7. Our responsibility
We commit to booking your entries in line with accepted accounting standards. Entries are posted on your own confirmation, and a Tadween accountant reviews your books at your plan's cadence. The accuracy of the output depends on the accuracy and completeness of the documents handed to us. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of data never handed to us, or handed to us incomplete.
8. Artificial intelligence
AI is used for reading, extraction, preparing entries and answering questions; its providers are Google (Gemini models) and Anthropic (Claude models). No entry reaches your books on the model's decision: entries post on your own confirmation, and a Tadween accountant reviews your books at your plan's cadence. You may ask for a human in the conversation at any moment. The detail is in the privacy policy.
9. Ownership and data
Your books and documents are yours, and are exported to you in full on request or at the end of the subscription. The platform itself, its software and its designs remain ours.
10. Termination and deletion
Either party may end the relationship with notice. On termination we hand you a complete copy of your books, reports and archive at no extra charge. You may then request deletion of your data through the steps published on the “Delete your data” page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Doha have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
