A photo of the invoice, a sentence in your own words, or a voice note. It reads it, prepares the entry and reads back what it understood — and nothing is posted until you type “confirm”.
And it marks what it doubts, before you confirm
Arithmetic rules on the server, not a model's opinion: a total that does not match the line items · a date outside the reasonable range · a missing party · a currency that is not QAR · low confidence. Anything that trips one of them comes back with a “ review” mark beside that exact field, in the chat and on the screen.
It issues your invoice and voucher as a PDF inside the chat
The file itself arrives on WhatsApp with its link beside it — on your own letterhead: your logo and your contact line, sent once with the word “logo” and printed on every paper afterwards. And we keep no PDF on our servers: it is rendered on request and sent to you.
It sends any customer's or supplier's statement
Type “statement” and the party’s name, and its statement comes back from the ledger as a PDF with a link: every charge and settlement in date order, with a running balance. If your books hold more than one party with that name, it asks which one you mean.
It answers about your profit and balances, from your own books
Ask him the way you would ask an employee, and the number comes from your ledger, not from the internet. The question is in every plan, with its ceiling: 30 a month on Basic, 200 on Premium, unlimited on Professional.
And it opens your dashboard in one tap, with no password
Type “dashboard” and a link arrives that opens your dashboard already signed in — valid for ten minutes, once, bound to your number and your account. And when it cannot finish a request from the chat, it hands you that same link to the exact screen that finishes it — never to a home page.

Type “report” and the last closed month’s profit statement arrives as a PDF. The human review runs at your plan's cadence: quarterly on Basic, monthly on Premium, monthly plus a thirty-minute call on Professional.
It tracks your subscription, your payment and its term — from the same chat
“my subscription” shows the plan, the status, the days left, the renewal date and the price · “pay” returns your account’s own payment link · “usage” what you have used this month · “plans” the plans and their prices · “receipts” the last payment we recorded. Every figure in those replies is read from the billing record, never from a model.
And it reminds you about receivables before they pile up
A daily and weekly digest of your business's movement, a reminder of entries awaiting your confirmation, an alert for what customers owe you and for what has passed sixty days uncollected, and a nudge before the month-end close. Built and tested, switched on by your choice at sign-up, stopped with the word “stop” — and opening to subscribers with phase C.
And when it cannot, it never leaves you at a dead end
Every request ends in one of four ways: it is done after your confirmation · or you get the link that opens the screen and the record where it is finished · or a person from our team in Doha takes it over with the context of your conversation · or it says plainly that it cannot, and offers the nearest thing it can. A bare “I can't” is logged with us as a defect and reviewed weekly.

From a photo of an invoice to an approved entry
What exhausts a small business is not the accounting itself but the road to it: a bag of receipts, late manual entry, an accountant who visits once a month and asks about a slip lost in March. Tadween inverts the order: the document enters the system the moment it is issued, and the rest happens behind the scenes.
1. You type it, photograph it, or say it
An invoice, a receipt, a bank statement: photograph it from your phone browser, send it on WhatsApp, or upload it from your computer — one at a time or in bulk, as an image or a PDF. And if there is no paper at all, type the transaction in your own words — “paid QAR 450 cash today for generator rent” — or say it in a voice note, and Tadween reads back what it heard before acting on it.
2. It is read within a minute
AI reads the document in Arabic natively, not in translation, and extracts what the entry is built from: the party (supplier or customer), the date, the currency, the tax, the total, the line items with their descriptions, quantities and prices, the expense category, and its own confidence in the reading. The reading then passes arithmetic rules on the server — a total that does not match the line items, a date outside the reasonable range, a missing party, a currency that is not QAR, low confidence — and whatever they doubt comes back marked “ review” beside that exact field, on the screen and in the chat, never passed silently.
3. It passes a human before it reaches the ledger
In the conversation: you look at what it read and type “confirm”, and the entry is posted and its document sealed — the agent books nothing by itself. On the screen: the document waits in “needs review” with its entry, its line items and its debit and credit accounts, where you or the Tadween accountant assigned to your file check it and press “post to the ledger”. Anything unclear comes back to you as a written review request, not as a phone call at month end.
4. Approved, archived, and answerable
Once approved, the entry settles in your books and the document is archived and indexed — retrieved by search, not by digging through drawers. From that moment it is a number you can ask about: “how much did we spend on fuel this quarter?”

Nothing enters your books without a human: AI prepares, you confirm with a word, and a Tadween accountant reviews your books and signs off your closing figures — monthly on Premium and Professional, quarterly on Basic. The numbers are computed in code, the decision stays with a person, and the speed comes from the machine.

A note on language: the number takes its commands in English (“confirm” · “cancel” · “link” · “statement <name>”) and reads a draft back to you in the language you wrote in. Its longer sentences are Arabic today — the English of them is shown here, and the English agent is being built.

A wrong figure in a ledger is not caught when it is entered but at audit, months later. So nothing in Tadween posts on a machine's decision: the entry is shown to you first and you are the one who confirms it, and a Tadween accountant reviews your books and signs off your closing figures at your plan's cadence. Yes — fourteen days free, through either door: straight from WhatsApp — you message the number, it asks for your business name and what it does, and it opens your account in that same conversation (live with the chat stage) — or from your phone browser with a Qatari mobile number and the code we send you. Is Tadween software I buy, or an accounting service?
Both. You get a system where you photograph documents and watch your financial position, and with it a qualified Tadween accountant who reviews your books, closes your month and signs off its figures — at your plan's cadence: quarterly on Basic, monthly on Premium, monthly plus a call on Professional. You are not buying software you then have to staff.
Who is responsible if an entry is wrong?
A person, not the machine. An entry is posted only by your own confirmation, or by the Tadween accountant assigned to your file posting it from the review screen — and the original AI extraction is kept beside the corrected version, so it is always possible to see what the machine read, who changed it and when. Our professional responsibility for the review and the close is written into the terms of use.
How long until I see my first report?
